Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 November 2026

These terms govern your use of HS Jobs Ireland (the “Service”), a construction health & safety job board operated by Safety Check Ltd in the Republic of Ireland. By posting a listing or using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

HS Jobs Ireland allows employers and recruiters to advertise construction health & safety roles based in the Republic of Ireland. We provide the advertising platform only; we are not a party to any employment relationship or recruitment arrangement that results from a listing.

2. Listings and payment

  • Listings are paid in advance. A Standard listing is €99 and a Featured listing is €149, each running for 30 days from activation.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your listing is activated once payment is confirmed.
  • Listings automatically expire 30 days after activation. We will email you a reminder beforehand so you can choose to renew.
  • Prices include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You must have the authority to advertise the role and the information you provide must be accurate, lawful and not misleading.
  • Roles must be genuine construction health & safety positions located in the Republic of Ireland.
  • You must not post discriminatory, offensive, fraudulent or unlawful content, or infringe anyone’s rights.

4. Our rights

We may edit, decline or remove any listing that breaches these terms or that we reasonably consider unsuitable for the board, and we may suspend access where these terms are breached.

5. Refunds

As listings are published immediately upon payment, fees are generally non-refundable. If a listing is removed by us due to our error, or cannot be published, please contact us and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee any particular number of applications, responses or hiring outcomes from a listing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Safety Check Ltd is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
